At the end of the aluminum flexible duct, we installed a deodorizing spray box (demo unit). In this test, we set up three spray nozzles inside the deodorizing spray box and diluted the deodorant "Yume Shota SH200" to 700 times. The results confirmed that during this deodorizing effect test (evaluation test), the spray of the deodorant reduced the exhaust odor by 90%. Based on the odor measurement results, we propose the Nioix deodorizing system. As a measure against the exhaust odor from the wastewater treatment facility, we would like to introduce a case where we conducted an odor removal effectiveness test using our deodorant (Yume-Shota SH200). Regarding the exhaust odor from the carbonization device, there was a strong burnt smell, and it seemed that operations had to be temporarily halted due to complaints from local residents after the facility was completed and started operating. Therefore, we first extended the odor from the existing roof fan exhaust outlet using aluminum flexible duct and suctioned it with a line fan. A deodorizing spray box (demo unit) was installed at the suction point. We conducted a total of three deodorization demo tests, collected and verified the deodorization effectiveness data, and based on this data, we received a request for the design of the Noix deodorization system.
